How to plant flax seeds

	1.Scoop up some dirt into your yoghurt pot.
	2. Swipe off the spare you don’t need.
	3. Push the dirt down as far as you can.
	4. Pick one whole flax seed pod.
	5.Pull off the skin and put the seeds into your hand.
	6. Sprinkle the seeds into the pot.
	7. Put a little bit more dirt on top of the seeds
